Liability Waiver & Café Rules

cat café for your feline fix!
We want you to have a wonderful experience while ensuring the safety of all in our café.

To achieve this, we kindly request that all visitors adhere to our rules and sign a waiver before entry.
You may sign the waiver prior to your visit to help expedite the check-in process.
Rules and Conduct for The Cats' Pyjamas Cat Café:

Please sanitize or clean your hands before entering the lounge.

No outside cats or animals are allowed in The Cats' Pyjamas.

Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We request that there be no more than two (2) children per one (1) adult during café visit.

Parties of more than six (6) must pay for private time as a group.

Do not pick up or chase the cats: This can cause the cats to become upset and become evasive.

You may gently pet a resting cat, but avoid disturbing them for play or with toys.

Keep your volume at a low level to avoid startling or frightening the cats.

Be mindful of cats near the lounge entrance/exit and other doorways.

Do not harm or manipulate furniture, decorations, or other café property.

Do not feed the cats any food unless permitted by staff.

Photography is permitted, but without flash as it will startle the cats.

If you require assistance with a cat, please make our staff aware.

Most importantly: Please be gentle when interacting with cats. These are living creatures and not toys. Our staff will be glad to help you have the best experience in our café with our cats.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises.
